In fact, people go to school for specialized traiing when it comes to business management. This seminar was designed to give individuals without a business background the basic tools to set-up and run a private practice. It was also designed to show new doctors how to get into practice with very little up-front costs. It contains very useful information for doctors already in practice, 1, 10, 15 years and more, for restructuring and reviving an existing practice.
